Refund policy

Be SELF-RELIANT offers digital products, digital content, and membership-based access. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Digital products, including digital books, guides, downloadable materials, and other digital content, are delivered electronically and provide immediate access upon successful payment. Once access has been granted or a download has been delivered, we are generally unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in limited circumstances, such as when a customer experiences a verified technical issue that prevents access to the purchased content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of use, or misunderstanding of the product description.

Memberships and subscription-based products provide ongoing access to digital content. You may cancel a subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided at the time of purchase or through your account. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds do not include any third-party processing fees, where applicable.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that a customer has accessed, downloaded, consumed, shared, or otherwise used a substantial portion of the digital content, or if we detect abuse of our refund policy.

To request support regarding access issues or to inquire about a refund, you must contact us at info.beselfreliant@gmail.com and include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Requests submitted without sufficient information may not be processed.
